You can use the 'notify me" to subscribe by leaving your email address, and you'll automatically receive alerts when the product is restocked.
You could still place a backorder though if you are happy to wait. An item on backorder is an out of stock product that is expected to be delivered once it is back in stock.
Backorders can take up to 16 weeks to back in stock. We will contact you if it takes longer or the item become discontinued. You may choose to have a store credit in such case.
Price matching is decided on a case-by-case basis. We may need a screenshot of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product. We will investigate and let you know whether a price match can be authorised.
Please be aware of the following guidelines:
- We do not match items on clearance;
- The product must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's website;
- We do not match shipping costs.
We are not able to add items to your order. If you wish to purchase more items, we kindly ask you to place another order.
If you wish to remove any items from your order, you need to reply confirmation email to cancel the order, and to place a new order. You will receive a coupon code as the store credit or a full refund to your original payment method (per your preference).
We cannot refund the delivery fee if the shipping has been booked. You will be charged an administration fee which is 5% of the order or $10 (whichever is greater).
The administration fee is to recover any fees charge by third parties, for example shipping and payment service providers.

It normally takes 24-48 hours to dispatch your order, and up to 3 weeks to deliver to your home, although the majority of order shipments are completed within 1-2 weeks.
Due to the high volume of orders in the holiday sales season, e.g. Easter, EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas & New Year, there would be shipping delays for 5-10 working days.
Our shipping providers may not deliver to your address. However, we may have an alternative solution for you. Please contact us via the below form, including the product and your suburb/postcode information for a quick reply.
You can request 'authority to leave' (ATL), which giving the delivery driver permission to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature when the parcel is delivered (as long as it's safe to do so).
If no one at home to receive the order when the delivery is attempted, the driver may leave a card. Please contact the number on the card to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.
Additional fees may apply if the order is to be re-delivered.
Driver will only unload at the ground level for large item's delivery.
If item found to be damaged or lost in transit, please inform us immediately with colored photos/videos of broken packaging box, close-up item details, and the whole of the product by replying to the confirmation email.
We will deliver a replacement to you as soon as possible. If the product is out of stock, we may place a back order, or provide a full refund.
